Doubt is this friend\u2019s name,<\/span>
\nWhose objective is the same.<\/span>
\nFear outwardly projects the lead,<\/span>
\nWhile Doubt subtly plants a seed.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

They are a highly effective team<\/span>
\nAt derailing a person\u2019s dream\u2014<\/span>
\nUntil Faith is actively exercised,<\/span>
\nAnd Fear is no longer recognized.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

When fear is allowed to take a dominant role, it will certainly impair one\u2019s focus, causing confusion and inactivity. I\u2019ve discovered that waiting for doubts and other triggers of resistance to disappear before venturing out is futile. I must instead forge ahead, even if fear and its allies accompany me. In other words, I need to look at fear in a new way, such as “Faith Exercised Against Reluctance,” trusting God to empower me.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
