Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him – James 1:12<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n I never said I\u00a0wouldn\u2019t\u00a0allow you to have battles.\u00a0 So, arise, my child.\u00a0 The opening continuation of yesterday\u2019s thoughts from God\u2019s perspective highlights a misconception that problems cease once you become a Christian. This inspired the poem to help me shift my focus from hardships to mindfulness of God\u2019s Word and His promises for every season.
