This is the hope that we’ve needed.”\u00a0<\/p>\n It was a commercial featuring an upcoming reality home-remodeling show and a family\u2019s jubilation over their before-and-after home makeover that I wished the same.\u00a0 \u00a0 However, I was quickly reminded of the divine renovation that\u2019s already taking place within me.\u00a0 That Jesus, the great Architect, through the Holy Spirit, is removing, replacing, and renewing so that His dwelling place will comply with God\u2019s specifications.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n One of the greatest compliments I received during my evolution as a Christian was when someone asked me, \u201cWhat happened to you?\u201d The person wanted to know why I wasn\u2019t acting in my former sinful way. I didn\u2019t realize it then, but it reflected the divine renovation that was happening in me.
