{"id":12820,"date":"2026-05-24T18:57:57","date_gmt":"2026-05-24T18:57:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/2beencouraged.com\/blog\/?page_id=12820"},"modified":"2026-05-24T19:01:50","modified_gmt":"2026-05-24T19:01:50","slug":"good-standing-monday-may-25-2026","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/2beencouraged.com\/blog\/good-standing-monday-may-25-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Good Standing &#8211; Monday, May 25, 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\">If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness \u2013 <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>1 John 1:9<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>No matter what the world offers me<br \/>\nThough tempting, it will never be<\/p>\n<p>The peace I always find<br \/>\nWhen I keep You on my mind<br \/>\nBy doing what You\u00a0seek\u00a0of me<br \/>\nAnd focusing on who I\u2019m meant to be<\/p>\n<p>But despite giving my all<br \/>\nThere are times when I fall<br \/>\nAnd Your forgiveness becomes my landing<br \/>\nLeading me back to good standing<\/p>\n<p><em>Living a life that&#8217;s pleasing to God is a lifelong journey.\u00a0 <\/em>This was my summation after listening to a compelling sermon, a message I hoped to convey in the opening poem.
