Moore, who at 75 became the oldest graduate from Temple University\u2019s Class of 2026, earning a bachelor\u2019s in general studies. She announced in The Philadelphia Tribune: \u201cIt was always my plan to keep moving forward and finish my degree, no matter what happened or how long it took\u2026I always kept that goal in the back of my mind.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>I heard it said, \u201cGod gives the sneakers, but it\u2019s up to you to put your feet in them and walk.\u201d The logic of that theory is wonderfully demonstrated by Betty and Peggy, who didn&#8217;t stop moving forward. Time became a byproduct, not an obstacle.\u00a0\u00a0They proved that ongoing efforts will eventually pay off, as promised in Galatians 6:9 when it said: &#8220;And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hopefully, today\u2019s conversation encourages you to stay committed to your quest and not allow anything to become a hindrance.
