{"id":12637,"date":"2026-04-19T18:22:07","date_gmt":"2026-04-19T18:22:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/2beencouraged.com\/blog\/?page_id=12637"},"modified":"2026-04-19T18:36:13","modified_gmt":"2026-04-19T18:36:13","slug":"spiritually-strapped-monday-april-20-2026","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/2beencouraged.com\/blog\/spiritually-strapped-monday-april-20-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Spiritually Strapped &#8211; Monday, April 20, 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\">For in the time of\u00a0trouble\u00a0he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock \u2013 <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Psalm 27:5\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Satan, you\u00a0can\u2019t\u00a0touch me,<br \/>\nNot with grace and mercy on my side.<br \/>\nYou\u00a0won\u2019t\u00a0find me,<br \/>\nIn God\u2019s pavilion, I will hide.<br \/>\nLike the eagles in the sky,<br \/>\nI will soar, protected from on High.<\/p>\n<p><em>Are you spiritually strapped?<\/em> \u00a0This had been the thought that led me to compose the opening poem about preparing an offensive mindset to deal with Satan.\u00a0 I was prompted to remember that the devil will often, like a bully, attack when vulnerable and unsuspecting, exploiting weaknesses and fragilities.\u00a0 This is why it\u2019s important to work on his perception. \u00a0That instead of seeing an easy mark, he\u2019ll discover someone ready to deal with him in God\u2019s power.<\/p>\n<p>While it\u2019s not required for Christians to walk on eggshells\u2014living in concern over the how, where, and when of Satan\u2019s attack\u2014we nevertheless should have a mindset of expected preparedness.
